Jan Michael Kliewer is in his eighteenth year
teaching music at Northwest College, Powell,
Wyoming. He is engaged in teaching voice, choral
music, music theory and conducting the Northwest
Civic Orchestra and Chorale.

A Billings native,
Cassandra was last seen with RO as Mimi in Puccini’s La bohème,
Pamina in Die Zauberflöte and has performed as a featured soloist in
all of the past “Opera Stars” concerts.

Klaphake, Tenor
With a resume encompassing a broad spectrum of
musical genre, Mr. Klaphake has performed in numerous productions to
include: La Bohème, Don Pasquale, I Pagliacci, The Marriage of
Figaro, The Merry Widow, Die Fledermaus, The Yeoman of the Guard,
The Gondoliers, Kiss Me Kate, Bye, Bye Birdie, Grease, Showboat
and West Side Story.

Rae
- mezzo-soprano, Originally from Central Montana,
Heidi Rae got her career start fresh out of college with Rimrock
Opera singing the role of Hansel in Hansel and Gretel. She
has performed professionally for various companies along the western
United States including Opera San José, Opera Idaho, and
internationally acclaimed Baz’Luhrmann’s Bohème on Broadway.

Laura Loge
- soprano, Laura is
a district winner of the 2005 Metropolitan Opera National Council
Auditions. She received her Masters Degree from New England
Conservatory as a student of Edward Zambara, has studied bel canto
in Italy with Signora Rosanna Lippi and studied Scandinavian Art
Song in Norway. Raised in Dillon, Montana, she currently resides in
Seattle and studies with Jane Eaglen.
